Club Precision Repair's founder had an old-fashioned vision for the way a business should be run and how people should be treated. While the modern world creates challenges to navigate, and people are busier and more disconnected from each other, it was his desire to have CPR's heart and soul be rooted in a more simpler and connected time when building friendships with the local milkman, barber or butcher was common place. They were connected to the community. Doctor's made regular house calls and were often invited to stay for dinner, maybe just stop by for a lemonade on a hot day. It's this image that CPR strives to live out in it's approach to its customer each and every service call. We see our clients as part of a larger family, and so will treat you, your space, and your hard earned income with respect, fairness, and kindness.
When you contact Club Precision Repair, our motivation is not only to get your equipment up and running as quickly as possible, but to ensure that we do so as inexpensively as possible. This may seem counter-productive in the business world these days, but as we prefer to live out the "Golden Rule" and so expect that we will engage you to "help us help you" by performing as much off-site diagnostics as you are comfortable with and is possible to do without being too evasive. Our goal is to save you money, but also to have the experience be as stress-free as possible. This approach usually saves our clients hundreds of dollars by eliminating a diagnostic visit. (It is disappointing to note that many other companies will simple send out a tech, even if they know what part they need, but will schedule a service call to increase their profits.) This is why you should expect CPR to gather as much information as we can.
Since 2014, we have built a loyal following of not only happy repeat clients, but special friends along the way. When money is not the goal, business is open to wonderous possibilities. CPR has witnessed this expansion, and we're happy that you stopped by to learn about who we are. We hope that you will take the opportunity to reach out to us.
